Day # 11 There is Much More Going on Than What Meets the Eye.

My physical commitment to change is only half the prize.

I am working towards something no one else can see but me.

This 30-day challenge has created a ripple effect both emotionally, and mentally too.

Physically, I am feeling better, and by default, my mental and emotional attitude has shifted.  I am more present, and more calm, I also have less resistance, less restlessness, and I have more energy and desire to give to others.

Thank You Indonesia

Its a bitter sweet goodbye for now. Whether we meet again in this life time or the next. Thank you my friends.  I am heading back to my homeland in a week.  I am excited to reconnect with my family and friends back home. Indonesia you have been my home away from home. You fed me spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically, you cheered me on, you kept me safe, you rescued me, supported me, enlightened me, guided me and listened to me. We laughed and played, we expressed love and appreciation for our differences, we shared our dreams and desires for our future and most of all we shared respect for each other. I want to pay tribute to this archipelago of love. You opened my heart and opened your arms and the words THANK YOU can never truly express the gratitude I have for the gifts I am taking home.

Let me Introduce You to Faith…

Before I moved to Indonesia I asked to grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I KNEW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, living in Indonesia would change my life forever. I also know that we don’t always get to choose how growth presents itself. Although the gift of growth my granddaughter shared showed up nicely wrapped with a bow, a smile and a hug. Her gifts of courage, compassion, strength and love, even after her death, keeps on giving. This blog is a tribute to my granddaughter’s gifts. Thank you, Faith. I love you the whole sky.
